Cream Puffs



1 c water
1/2 c butter
1 c flour
4 eggs
1/4 t salt

Bring water and butter to a boil.  Stir in flour.  Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball.  Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth.  Drop on an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.  Cut open and fill with desired filling.
