Cilantro-Lime Rice


1 c uncooked rice
1 t butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
zest of 3/4 of one lime
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 c water
juice of one lime
2 t sugar
3 T chopped, fresh cilantro

Using rice cooker, put rice, bouillon dissolved in heated water, melted butter, garlic and lime zest to pot and cook. When rice is done, fluff the rice.  Mix the juice and sugar together to dissolve the sugar, stir in cilantro. pour all over the rice and stir through.  Serve.
