3 lbs country-style pork ribs
1/2 c mild soy sauce
1/3 c ketchup
1 t dry mustard
2 T brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/4 t black pepper
1 t chili powder
few dashes tabasco
cayenne pepper
Cut off excess fat from ribs. Bake ribs only in 9X13 foil covered pan at 300 for 4 hours. Pour sauce over ribs to coat and bake 5-10 more minutes til caramelized. Yum!
