Rolls--Grandma Bird



Dissolve:
1 yeast cake
2 c luke warm water
 Add:
6 T sugar
2 t salt
3 T oil
1 egg
2/3 c powdered milk
Add enough flour (about 6 cups) to make a soft dough.  Kneed.  Let rise until double.  Punch down-refrigerate until 2-3 hours before ready to use or continue at once.  Let rise again.  Form into rolls.  Let rise.  Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
