5 Cups warm water
2 T yeast
1 cup sugar
2/3 Cup oil
2 T salt
10 cups flour
1/2 cup dry milk (optional)
additional cups of flour as
needed to make a soft
dough (about 4)
Kneed 10 minutes or until smooth
and elastic.
Let rise until double in
size. Shape into four
loaves. Put into pans. Let rise until double.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
