Chicken and Dressing


6-8 chicken breasts
6-8 slices Swiss cheese

Mix:
1/2 c milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1/2 pkg of Stuffing Mix
2/3 cube butter

Top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese. Pour soup/milk mixture over the chicken and cheese.  Top with stuffing and drizzle melted butter over all.  Cover and bake 1 hour at 350.  Uncover for 5 minutes and cook to crunch up the stuffing. (You could also use rotisserie chicken and sprinkle with cheese, instead of the whole breasts.)
