Chimichanga Pork


5 lb Pork Roast
3 onions chopped
1 4oz can green chilis
14 oz green chili salsa
1/4 t garlic powder
4 T flour
4 t salt
1 t cumin
a little water

Cook pork all day in crock pot, or covered for 12 hours at 200 degrees, or covered for 3-4 hours at 325 degrees

Saute onions and chilis.  Then add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.  Add the meat and coo for minutes.  Use this meat for chimichangas, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, nachos.
