Cinnamon Twists


1 c milk scalded
1/3 c margarine
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 t salt
2 T yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c water
2 eggs beaten

Add:
2 1/2 c flour

Blend well and add:
2 1/2 c flour

Knead.  Flour counter surface and roll dough 12 inches wide.  Spoon or brush melted margarine over dough.  Sprinkle 1/2 c sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon.  Fold dough in thirds.  Cut 1 1/2" strips.  Dip in melted margarine and then into a cinnamon and sugar mixture.  Place on ungreased baking sheets.  Let rise 1 hour.  Bake at 350 until done.
