Sweet Bread Dough


Cream together:
1 c sugar
1 c softened margarine

Add:
1 quart milk, warm
2 T yeast
4 t salt
4 eggs
1/4 t ginger

Add:
6 c flour and mix.  Then add flour a cup at a time to form a soft dough (about 14 c total).

Knead.  Let rise.  Shape in desired shapes.  This recipe will make 12 breakfast cakes or about 4 pans of cinnamon rolls, or a variety of sweet bread shapes.
