White Bread--Grandma Bird



Dissolve:

2 T yeast 
1/2 c water

Scald 5 c milk let cool and add:

6 T oil
6 T sugar
2 T salt
8 c flour


Add yeast.  Add 6 more cups flour.  Knead, let rise, punch down, and let rise.  Utah cook 425 for 10 minutes then 375 for 25 minutes or 350 for 40-45 minutes.
