Lasagne




1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 T chopped parsley
1 T basil
1 1/2 t salt
2 cups tomatoes
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
10 ounces noodles
3 cups large curd cottage cheese (24 oz)
2 beaten eggs
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 T chopped parsley
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese sliced thin
Brown meat-spoon off excess fat.  Add next 6 ingredients.  Simmer until thick stirring occasionally.  Cook noodles in boiling salted water.  Combine cottage cheese and next 5 ingredients.  Place 1/2 noodles in 13X9X2 inch pan, spread half the cottage cheese mixture over.  Add 1/2 the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 the meat mixture.  Repeat layers.  Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.  Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.
