French Bread





2 c warm water
2 T yeast
2 T sugar
2 t salt
5 c flour
Mix, kneed, let rise once, kneed.  Form into 2 loaves.  Slash brush with canned milk then sprinkle sesame seeds and salt.  Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.  For rolls, bake at 375 for 15 minutes.  (Use also as pizza crust)
