Cook in 6 qt pot for 2 hours:
2 lb sausage, browned
2 qts tomatoes
29 oz tomato sauce
8 beef bouillon cubes
1 qt water
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 onions, chopped
5 carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery chopped
Add:
2 t dried oregano
2 t dried basil
1 t salt
1 t pepper
16 oz kidney beans, drained
16 oz green beans, drained
1 1/2 c dried pasta (salad-roni)
Cook for 1/2 hour or until pasta is done.
Yummy and it gets better each day after!
