20 oz pkg hash brown potatoes 14 oz chicken broth 10 oz frozen corn Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 10 minutes or until potatoes are just tender. Using potato masher, slightly mash potatoes. Stir in: 2 c milk 12 oz cooking link sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/3 c sliced green onions 1/4 t pepper Season to taste with: salt and pepper cilantro hot sauce
